NDEYE ARAME BOYE Epse FAYE is Actually Director General of the Senegalese Autorithy for Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety since 2011 and Full Professor at the Faculty of Sciences et Techniques, University Cheikh Anta Diop of Dakar (UCAD). Before that, she was Director of Scientific Research at the Ministry of Scientific Research from 2006 to 2011.
She’s a member of the Atoms-Laser Laboratory of the department of Physics of UCAD, Associate Researcher at the International Center for Theoretical Physics of Trieste in Italy (ICTP), Appointed Member (2012-2016) of the Scientific Council of the Research Institute Development (IRD) of France; Supervision of theses at UCAD and in collaboration with Atomic Spectroscopy and Molecular Applications Laboratory (LSAMA), University from Tunis El Manar.
Mme FAYE was nominated by presidential decree ‘Chevalier de l’Ordre national du Lion’ in 2018, she received 'Spacebus' honorary award from the Senegalese Association for the Promotion of Astronomy in 2016 and The Honorary diploma of the first edition (2011) 'Miss Mathématiques-Miss Sciences’ a program of the Ministry of Education to celebrate the brightest girls in science.
