Registration and Submission
Those wishing to participate in the conference must register through the following link: Click Here. The deadline for registrations is August 30, 2019.
Participants wishing to submit their abstracts should do so through the link provided on the website under the section “Call for papers”. The deadline to submit abstracts is June 3, 2019.
Should your participation be confirmed, you will receive a confirmation of participation shortly after the deadline for registration.

Fees and Finance
There are no registration fees for this conference, the organizers will bear the cost of the venue, the facilities and the meals included in the programme. Some participants will benefit from the financing granted by our partners, the choice of beneficiaries will be done according to the quality of the paper submitted.
Language
Presentations and discussions of the conference will be in English. However, simultaneous translation into Arabic and French will be provided during the opening session of the event.

The airport disposes of several public taxi ranks, the organizers will provide more details by the end of September.
Climate
The heat is less heavy because a significant drop in temperature characterizes the beginning of October.
The sunshine of the day allows to enjoy a relatively warm morning temperature, in the middle of the day, the heat is still trying, and in the last hours of sunshine brings a certain comfortable freshness.
